Benito has stunning views being located overlooking and a six minute drive from the peaceful village of Es Cubells.
On arrival enter through a private gate and stroll up to reach your front door.
Inside the villa there is a large modern fully equipped kitchen which boasts a huge kitchen island and the superb built-in cupboards that have been handcrafted from 200-year old Canadian Barnwood. Tucked away is also the sublime lounge area with a large TV, a fireplace and a trompe l’eoil window view on the valley below. The bedrooms are located on the second and third level. Three of the bedrooms are en-suite whilst two share a bathroom. There is also a laundry room on the second floor.
On the top floor you will find the Chiringuito style rooftop bar which creates that unrivalled Ibiza beach club feeling. It is the ideal place to relax with friends and family by the pool, prepare delicious meals in the open-air kitchen and BBQ or just relax with a book in the chill-out corner or on the sun loungers. This level also boasts an outdoor dining area, where you can enjoy an unforgettable dinner against a divine Mediterranean sunset backdrop! Least but not last this villa also benefits from a 50m² outdoor fitness area and a huge yoga platform with sensational views to the island of Formentera.
The property features a range of modern technology, including – a Sonos sound system with B&W speakers inside and outside, a Lutron home automation system (including remote controlled curtains and interior closet lights), integrated air conditioning, alarm, cameras, safes and of course WiFi.
